Annies white sports car driven by Wes Patten with Michael Shrimpton in front passenger seat drove down Mary Street Surry Hills past Chinese Masonic Hall at 8.00pm 10th February 2014.

Michael Shrimpton recognised Brad and got Wes Patten to reverse from Reservoir Street back to Chinese Masonic Hall where Brad and Eddie sat on stairs aware infrared surveillance recorded them.

Michael Shrimpton then got out of car and Brad put out his hand to shake his upon arrival. Michael Shrimpton punched Brad until he fell to the ground and with boot type leather shoes repeatedly kicked Brad in the head whilst Eddie watched in fear of his safety.

Eddie Clough asked Chris to call an Ambulance and after they arrived police arrived and City Scene Forensics arrived and took photos of severely injured Brad and the Chinese Masonic Hall.

Michael Shrimpton is charged and will plead guilty to attempted murder of Bradley Edward Frankowitz at Chinese Masonic Hall.
